What's included in the base price?+
All plans include the full general ledger, configurable chart of accounts, period close, audit trail, and the module set listed for that tier. Users, entities, and storage above the included limits are billed separately — we quote those before you sign, not after.
Do you charge for API usage?+
No. API access is included on every plan. Rate limits apply — well above any legitimate ERP workload — and we publish them in the developer docs.
How does implementation work?+
Starter customers implement themselves with our onboarding guide. Growth and Enterprise plans include a named implementation lead; typical go-live is four to eight weeks depending on data migration scope.
Can we migrate from QuickBooks / NetSuite / Intacct?+
Yes. We have importers for QuickBooks Online and Desktop. For NetSuite and Intacct we run a bespoke migration — usually a one-time professional services engagement quoted in the contract.
